And, most importantly, who practiced retelling and acting out a super-fun story?
Why, the students of 2B, of course!
Students enjoyed making the story characters and a large mitten to aid in retelling the story. They practiced with partners and completed other activities connected to the story, including making words from the letters in "mittens" and writing acrostic poems about mittens.
We also watched a video of the author Jan Brett, which you can see here!
The100 day stem was awesome you could build any thing out of cups, pattern block and buttons. Me and Ethan had a compition who could build the best thing out of cups. We each got 50 cups. I won by two votes. It was very fun to have a cup compition. You should try having a cup building compition.🦄🐣😎
